Old English Clay Pavers, manufactured in the Netherlands, are produced from moulds by a traditional method, and it is this that gives them their timeless quality. With their antique finish and classic dimensions of 210x100x50mm (length x width x depth), they are an immediate choice for period properties, while adding an aged warmth to contemporary settings. Dutch clay paving, with its natural high slip-rating and UV-resistance, is a low-maintenance paving option that is extremely durable. Old English is also available as facing bricks

Sub base	Geo Textile first, followed by compactedDPt (MOT) type 1 minimum 100mm for patios / minimum 200mm for driveways
Installation method	30-50mm sharp sand compacted. Lay Clay pavers and compact. sweep in kiln dried sand in joints when bone dry.

Aftercare

Do not clean for 6-8 weeks after installation. Chelmer Valley recommend this product is swept regularly. Jet washing is possible; however, joints will need to be re-sanded afterwards. In shady gardens it may also be necessary to treat with Lithofin Algex to control the appearance of algae. For detailed aftercare advice please refer to the product guide.

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to Chelmer Valley. Collection can be made by us but this will incur a collection cost. If a full pack has been opened and the bandings have been taken off, the customer is responsible for re-palletising the full pallet onto two pallets for transportation purposes.
